Welcome to Changetoolbox Ltd.’s Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (“Terms”), on which you may make use of Changetoolbox website (“our Site”). For the purposes of these Terms, “we/us” refer to us as the company and (“you/your”) refers to you as a User of our Site. Please read these Terms very carefully before you start to use our Site.

You acknowledge that it is incumbent upon you to read the recipes and the ingredients used carefully and to notify any third party that you may be preparing the food for or sharing the food with of any components that might cause an allergic reaction or which might be a food type that they do not eat (whether on religious or other grounds).
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

Viruses, Hacking, and other Offences:
You must not misuse our Site at any time and knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other materials which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, nor our server on which our Site is stored, or any computer, server, or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial of service attack nor a distributed denial of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would be committing a criminal offence, under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (and as amended from time to time). In this event, we would report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them and your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
