Senior Events Manager

Lucy is Changetoolbox's Senior Events Manager.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with a portfolio of events ranging from a 700-attendance conference at Wembley to a 100-attendance incentive trip to Istanbul and everything in between. 

Lucy thrives in juggling the busy events schedule and ensures that Changetoolbox's conferences are thought provoking, run like clockwork and give everyone something positive to take back to their business. 

Featured in the C&IT A list, she holds industry qualifications and was named employee of the year. 

When she’s not working she is a doting mother to her 2-year-old daughter and enjoys cooking up feasts for her family and friends.
