Jacky Leonard

Business Facilitator

Jacky has over 30 years’ experience as a facilitator, coach and manager and supports our business development and growth plans. 

She also acts as Business Facilitator and is your ‘go to’ person at Changetoolbox events.  Her role is to deliver key event activities, make sure the event runs smoothly and create an environment where you can get the most from the day.  

Jacky is a Specialist Member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  

She has a proven track record in facilitating cost effective, engaging events and believes that learning has more impact if it’s person centred, outcome driven and provides a rewarding sense of fun.
