If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
For security & registration purposes, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 48 hours before the event. The name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates details must be sent via email to: email@example.com
Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation received by changetoolbox.
Only one substitution request will be accepted for any one event.
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the event. The following cancellation charges will apply:
4 week’s notice prior to the Event: Full refund
3 week’s notice prior to the Event: 50% refund
Less than 3 week’s notice prior to the Event: No refund will be applied
2. A refund will be processed upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation email from changetoolbox.
3. Your account will be credited, and you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Amendments/Cancellation by changetoolbox:
Amendments: Changetoolbox reserves the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event.
Changetoolbox puts programmes together through extensive and on-going research in-order to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information and whilst we are most reluctant to apply any changes to our programme of events, occasionally the programmes may change over time. There may also be other times when it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the programme, venue and/or speakers. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credits can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause changetoolbox to cancel an event, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible via the delegates registration email address, and a full registration fee refund will be made. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
If, for any reason, changetoolbox has to cancel an event, changetoolbox accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests.
CTB Membership Cancellations Policy
Should you wish to cancel your membership subscription with changetoolbox, this must be received in writing (via email) to email@example.com
No refund of the membership fee will be issued upon cancellation and the CTB membership account will be closed.
Once cancellation has been confirmed in writing by changetoolbox, no further annual fees or payments will be taken by changetoolbox.
All membership benefits will cease from the date changetoolbox confirms your cancellation in writing (via email). Changetoolbox will confirm cancellation via the email address used to request the cancellation of membership.
